He seeks to share the truth of God’s Word with our church, and preaches in an expository manner, going through Scripture in order, delving into the truths of God’s Word. In addition to preaching in our regular Sunday morning worship service, Pastor Tony leads our Wednesday evening Bible Study and Prayer Time, an in-depth biweekly Bible Study, and team-teaches an adult Sunday School class, as well as fulfilling his other pastoral duties, both administrative and ministerial. In 2020, he was a speaker at the Deep South Founders Conference, and has been the guest preacher for special events or Bible Studies at other area churches and devotions at Bowling Green School.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys reading (history is a favorite topic), watching college football (Roll Tide!), playing war games, cycling, and spending time with his family, whether at home, or at one of his sons’ activities.
Tony has been married to his wife Terryl since 1994, and they have two sons.
